The patent consists in the creation of a 100% natural material made of solid single-material wood
Escooh's unique wood processing technique not only effectively preserves the wood, preventing common defects such as deformations, cracks, and knots, but also retains its intrinsic features such as visible grain and open-pore surface.
The method involves laser scanning of the wood, bombardment with titanium ions, vacuum drying, and finishing with a 70 micron/m2 water-based organic process, resulting in a durable, resistant monomaterial solid wood panel that preserves the natural beauty of the wood without distortion or discoloration.
